Cancellation & Returns

• Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins
• Once preparation starts, cancellation may not be possible
• If there is an issue with the received product, please contact us within 24 hours
• Return requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Ratings & Reviews

• Reviews must be honest and reflect your actual experience
• Posting offensive, inappropriate, or misleading content is prohibited

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to us during the previous three months.
